One of the more visible and "hands on" services that the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Omaha provides is our volunteer-driven Homeless and Street Outreach Ministries - primarily serving unhoused men & women, as well as others in our community who are struggling. Based at our Holy Family Center at 1715 Izard Street, these ministries consist of our Sack Lunch Program, our “Closet Door” (clothing and personal care item distribution), Homeless Outreach and Community Room (a variety of services to unsheltered neighbors, including those living in homeless encampments around Omaha).
ALL of these ministries are provided year-round to homeless and other struggling neighbors, and all are in need of material donations - for which we are very grateful to receive. Please consider making your material donations to support these ministries today.
